Owns the company's technology strategy and digital infrastructure, together with the technical evaluation capability behind the Deep Tech Programme and the company's engineering-related scientific and technical consulting activity. The CTO function leads technical due diligence on deep-tech and engineering-led funding applications.

Owns the relationship between the company and its investors and counterparties, including communication practices, reporting, and the Portal, as well as relationships with family offices and institutional partners.

Provides strategic and organisational advisory input within our management consultancy activity, supporting M&A advisory work and transaction-related engagements alongside the core team.

Provides specialist sector or technical input on specific opportunities as they arise, complementing the in-house investment and technical teams on a flexible, engagement-by-engagement basis.
