The Company

Yes. Future Power Capital Ltd is a private limited company registered with Companies House under number 16778446, incorporated on 10 October 2025. You can verify this directly on the official Companies House register, which shows the company's status, filing history, officers, and persons with significant control.
The registered office is The Tea Building, 56 Shoreditch High Street, London, England, E1 6JJ, United Kingdom. This is the address held on the public register and the address for formal correspondence with the company.
The company was incorporated on 10 October 2025. It is a young company and we are open about that on every page of this site; nothing here is presented as older or larger than it actually is.
It is the company's issued and fully paid share capital (10,000,000 ordinary shares of GBP 1 each) as recorded in the statement of capital filed with Companies House. It is a statutory capital record, not a statement of cash currently held, assets under management, or funds available for any particular transaction.
Future Power Capital Ltd is independent and is not a subsidiary of any other company, a deliberate choice reflected on the Companies House register. Independence does not mean isolation: the company operates within a network of strategic and institutional relationships that inform how it sources, evaluates, and supports opportunities. See the Partners page for the organisations we work alongside.
Yes: Company No. 16778446, registered in England & Wales. It appears in the footer of every page and on the Legal page, alongside the registered office address.

Our Investment Activity

We allocate the group's own capital into equity participations in businesses we believe in, and we back that capital with hands-on strategic and technical support, helping the companies we back with things like strategy, organisation, and specialist engineering or scientific input where it's needed. We invest as principal, using our own funds, rather than managing money on behalf of third parties.
Our scope spans early-stage, growth-stage, and established businesses, depending on the opportunity and the sector. The Apply For Funding form asks applicants to identify their own stage of development as part of the initial screening.
It is a dedicated track within our venture and development capital activity, aimed at engineering-led and scientifically intensive projects: the kind of work our engineering-related scientific and technical consulting classification is built to support. See the Deep Tech Programme page under Services for more detail.
No. We do not name counterparties, applicants, or portfolio companies on this site, and we will not add case studies that name third parties without their consent. This is a deliberate confidentiality position, not an indication of activity levels.
M&A Advisory refers to strategic and organisational advisory work around transactions, sitting within our management consultancy classification. It is distinct from situations where the group itself takes an equity position; see the M&A Advisory page under Services for detail.

Applying For Funding

Use the Apply For Funding page. The four-step form collects your company or project details, sector, stage of development, the amount and intended use of funds, a project description, and your contact details. Submission does not constitute a commitment or an offer of funding.
No. Every application is subject to internal review and governance sign-off as described on the Partners page. No allocation of capital is guaranteed at any stage of the process, regardless of sector, stage, or amount requested.
The Apply For Funding form lists a deliberately wide range of sector families (from technology and software through to agriculture, real estate, healthcare, energy, and more), plus an "Other" option with a free-text field. We would rather see an application that doesn't fit a neat category than lose it to a narrow list.
The form asks you to select from a set of indicative funding ranges rather than requiring an exact figure at this stage. These ranges are for initial screening only and are not commitments at any level.
No. The form accepts applicants at idea and pre-formation stage through to established, revenue-generating businesses. You will be asked to indicate your current stage and, where applicable, your current revenue, so the review can be calibrated accordingly.
Yes. The application form includes a field for a link to your website or an externally hosted deck. Please do not attach confidential documents you are not comfortable sharing at this early stage.
This is assessed case by case once initial contact has been made. We would encourage applicants not to include highly sensitive proprietary detail in the initial online form itself.
No. There is no fee to submit an application through the Apply For Funding page. We would treat any request for upfront payment in connection with an application as inconsistent with how we operate.

Our Process

Your submission is logged and reviewed internally against our published eligibility criteria. If your project appears to be a fit, we will make contact using the details you provided; if not, we may not always be able to respond individually given the volume of enquiries.
Review takes time and we do not commit to a fixed turnaround, since it depends on the complexity of the project and the volume of applications at any given time. We would rather review properly than promise a deadline we cannot reliably meet.
Ultimate decision-making authority sits with the company's director. Within the structure described on the Team page, the relevant functions (such as the Chief Financial Officer or the Chief Operating Officer) contribute to due diligence and recommendations ahead of a final decision.
Terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis reflecting the specific opportunity, sector, and stage. We do not publish a standardised term sheet on this site.
Yes. Any potential commitment of capital is preceded by an internal review and due diligence process appropriate to the size and nature of the opportunity, consistent with the governance approach described on the Partners and Team pages.
Where possible we aim to give applicants a brief indication, but detailed feedback cannot always be guaranteed given the volume of applications reviewed.
The same Apply For Funding form and general review approach apply; deep-tech and engineering-led projects may involve additional technical assessment given the specialist nature of the work.
